Our Utilities Department known as DWWT (Delbarton Waste/Water Treatment is an essential part of our Town Hall. They keep the town running smoothly and problem free.

Wastewater treatment is provided to residents and businesses within the city limits and surrounding areas along portions of Route 65 and 52. Our Waste Treatment plant is one of the few in the state using a UV Irradiation Disinfection system. Some residents use private wells and septic systems. This system is owned and operated by the Town of Delbarton. Some residents use private septic systems.
