Law enforcement is provided by our Chief of Police Earl Spence and police officers John Hall, Jr., Joshua Tincher and Trevor Layne.
Supporting DCPD is the Mingo County Sheriff and Deputies, and by West Virginia State Police officers assigned to Mingo County.
